The full Wehoz seller program policies open with the Phase 3 marketplace launch. This page will list the operative rules every seller agrees to as part of program acceptance.
Categories we expect to cover
- Authorized reseller status. Sellers may only list products they're authorized to resell by the brand or that they manufacture themselves.
- Listing accuracy. Titles, images, descriptions, and inventory must match what arrives. Mismatches trigger an automatic platform review.
- Pricing fairness. No inflated MSRP or fake comparison prices. Promotions must follow Wehoz's promotion guidelines.
- Customer interaction. Direct seller-to-customer messaging will be supported with platform-mediated controls; harassment or off-platform diversion attempts are terminating offenses.
- Performance bar. A minimum on-time shipping rate, response time, and defect rate. Sellers below the bar get a warning, then a temporary suspension, then program termination.
- IP respect. Listing or shipping counterfeit, gray-market unauthorized, or otherwise infringing goods results in immediate program termination.
How violations are handled
A clear escalation path — warning, suspension, termination — published in full with the program agreement. We'll publish the criteria for each step so it's never opaque.
