Every Wehoz seller signs the same agreement — there are no negotiated versions and no tiers. The full text is published at /policies/seller-agreement and shown to you in full before you sign. This page is a plain-language tour of what you're agreeing to; the agreement itself is the binding document.

How signing works

You sign electronically from your seller dashboard. Signing requires three explicit confirmations — that you accept the terms, that you're authorized to bind your business, and that the information you provided is accurate — plus your name and title. We record the signed version, timestamp, and a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of the exact text you signed, and archive a signed copy. If the agreement materially changes in the future, the version number changes and you'll be asked to sign the new version.

The commitments that matter most

Your listings are yours and they're true. Titles, descriptions, and images must be content you own or have rights to, claims must be accurate, and the product you list is the product you ship.
No restricted items. The Restricted items policy is incorporated into the agreement by reference.
Authenticity. Every unit you ship must be authentic. We can request supply-chain documentation at any time. Counterfeits mean immediate termination.
IP and product-liability indemnification. If your listing content infringes someone's IP, or a product you sold causes a safety claim, you cover Wehoz's costs.
Pricing. Prices are in US dollars, the displayed price is the full pre-tax price, and if a registered brand publishes a MAP floor for one of your SKUs you may not list below it.
Fulfillment. Acknowledge orders within your declared handling time, ship tracked, and keep tracking current in the dashboard.
Repeat-infringer policy. Three valid DMCA notices upheld against you within any twelve-month period permanently ends your selling privileges.
Termination. Either party can walk away without cause on thirty days' written notice; we can suspend or terminate for cause. Pending orders must still be completed.
Changes. Material amendments come with at least thirty days' notice before they take effect.

Governing law

The agreement is between your business and WEHOZ INC, a California corporation, and is governed by California law. Disputes go through negotiation, then mediation, then binding arbitration.
