This policy describes the categories of products that are subject to special listing rules on Wehoz. We maintain these rules to comply with federal and state laws, protect buyers and sellers, and reduce platform-wide legal exposure.

Misclassification and enforcement

Sellers who attempt to bypass these rules — for example, by misclassifying a product into a permitted category — are subject to listing removal, account suspension, and forfeiture of pending payouts. Repeat violations result in permanent termination under the Seller Agreement.
