Shipping on Wehoz is simple and the same for every shopper: one flat rate per seller, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. No membership tier changes what you pay or when it arrives.
What shipping costs
- Most items ship free. Today, the standard rate on Wehoz is $0.
- Some items carry a flat rate set by the seller, typically heavy or oversized products. If an item has a shipping cost, you'll see the exact amount in your cart and again at checkout. There are no surprises at payment: the number you see is the number you're charged.
- One rate per seller, no matter how many items. If you buy several items from the same seller, you pay a single shipping charge: the highest rate among those items, not the sum. Quantity doesn't multiply it either: three of the same item ship for the same single rate as one.
There is one shipping speed. We don't sell an "express" upgrade, and we don't use shipping speed as a paid perk.
Orders from more than one seller
Wehoz is a marketplace, so a single order can include items from different sellers. Each seller packs and ships their own items, which means:
- Your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- Shipping is quoted per seller. If two of your sellers each have a shipping charge, you'll see both, itemized, before you pay.
- You get a tracking link per shipment on your order page.
When it arrives
Delivery estimates ("Get it by…") on product pages and in your cart are calculated from the seller's handling time plus typical carrier transit for the service used. They're estimates, not guarantees. Once your package ships, the carrier's tracking link in your confirmation email is the authority on where it is and when it lands. If a package is running late, see delivery issues.
Where we ship
Phase 1 ships to the contiguous 48 US states only. Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and international shipping are on the roadmap. See international shipping for the current status.
Who carries it
Sellers ship with major US carriers, usually USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The tracking link in your confirmation email tells you which one is carrying your package.
"Free" is genuinely free
When an item shows free shipping, it's $0 at checkout for everyone. Not "free with membership", not "free above a spending threshold you have to hit," just $0.
