We're not actively hiring at the moment. Wehoz is a lean operation by design — a small team with modern tooling can run a competitive online department store, and that's the bet we're making.

What we'll hire for (and when)

When we're ready to grow, expect roles across:

Customer support — front-line shopper relationships
Merchandising — picking the brands and products we carry
Design and content — the storefront and the editorial voice
Engineering — the platform and tooling under the storefront

We don't plan to add layers of management between people doing the work and people making decisions. That shapes who'll thrive here.

How we'll hire

Resume + a short application question that says more about how you think than where you've worked
One conversation about your background and what you're looking for
A practical exercise that resembles the actual job — paid for if it takes more than two hours of your time
A final conversation with the team you'd be working with
An offer or a respectful no, within two weeks of starting

We don't do whiteboard puzzles, "culture fit" panels, or take-homes that take a week. The hiring loop is meant to be a fair, honest sample of working together — not a stress test.
