Returns policy
Easy returns within 30 days. Free return shipping. No questions.
The short version
- 30 days to start a return from the day your order is delivered.
- We pay return shipping. No restocking fees.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the items.
- No interrogation. Pick a reason from the list, that's it.
How it works
- From your order page, tap Start a return. Pick the items, a reason, and add photos if it helps.
- We email you a prepaid return label, usually within 1 business day. Drop the package off at any carrier location.
- Once we receive it, we issue your refund automatically and email you a confirmation.
What we can accept
Items in original condition with their packaging. We're lenient — small signs of inspection are fine. We just need to confirm the item works and is fit for resale.
What we can't accept
- Anything outside the 30-day window. Contact us anyway — we look at each case individually.
- Items the seller marked as final sale on the product page.
- Heavily used items, items that have been modified, or items missing pieces.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed the same day we mark your return as received. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days. Some banks take a bit longer.
