- 30 days to return most items from the day they arrived.
- No membership tier changes that window. Everyone gets the same 30 days.
- No restocking fees on returnable categories.
- We pay return shipping on damaged, defective, or wrong-item shipments.
- A small label fee (typically $5.99) on change-of-mind returns covers carrier pickup. We deduct it from your refund — never a separate charge.
What you can return
Most physical goods we sell. The 30-day clock starts when the carrier marks your package delivered.
What you can't return
- Opened personal-care and beauty items (skincare, serums, makeup) — health and safety regulations.
- Final-sale items — clearly labeled on the product page before you buy.
- Custom or personalized orders — anything monogrammed, sized, or made-to-order.
- Gift cards.
If you bought something thinking it was returnable and it wasn't labeled clearly, email us. We'll work it out.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your package arrived damaged or the item is defective, take a photo and contact support within 7 days. We'll send a prepaid return label and either reship or refund the order in full — no deductions, no shipping fees back to us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most post within 5–10 business days after we scan your return at the warehouse — see refund timing for details.
