- question: "Can I create a listing myself from the seller dashboard?" answer: "Not yet. Today the Wehoz catalog team creates every listing. You email your product details or a CSV to help@wehoz.com and we upload them to your account, usually within one business day."
- question: "How long does it take for my products to go live?" answer: "We typically import your catalog within one business day of receiving complete data. New sellers' listings then go through a review check before publishing."
- question: "Can I use product images from other retailer websites?" answer: "No. Images hosted on retailer domains (Amazon, Walmart, Target, and similar) are automatically blocked. Use your own photography or brand-supplied images."
Straight answer first: you can't create listings from the dashboard yet. Self-serve listing tools aren't built. Today, every product on Wehoz is imported by our catalog team, including yours. This works fine in practice, it just means your first step is an email rather than a form.
How it works today
- Send your catalog to help@wehoz.com. Either a CSV (preferred, template below) or product details in the email.
- We import it into your account, usually within one business day of receiving complete data.
- Listings pass an automated review before going live: category rules, brand-registry checks, image checks. See Why a listing gets blocked or queued.
- You manage the rest from the dashboard. Pricing status, inventory, and archiving live in Products in your seller dashboard.
We are not publishing a self-serve date. When listing tools ship, this page will change first.
What to include per product
The more of this you send, the faster the import and the better the listing:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| SKU | Your internal identifier |
| GTIN / UPC | Strongly recommended; used for brand and MAP checks |
| Brand | Exact brand name |
| Title | Clear and accurate; no ALL CAPS, no keyword stuffing |
| Description | What it does and who it's for; original text, not copied from another retailer |
| Category | The Wehoz category, or a plain-English category and we'll map it |
| Price | What the buyer pays, in US dollars |
| MSRP | Optional, used for reference pricing |
| Weight and dimensions | Actual shipping weight and box dimensions |
| Images | URLs or attachments: your own photos or brand-supplied assets |
| Quantity | Units on hand |
A sample CSV showing the full column set is available at wehoz.com/imports/sample.csv.
Rules that apply to every listing
- Your content, or licensed content. Text and images must be original or brand-authorized. Copy scraped from other marketplaces gets flagged.
- No retailer-hosted images. Image URLs from retailer domains (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, and similar) are hard-blocked at import.
- The listing is the product. What arrives must match the title, photos, and description. This is a seller-agreement obligation, not a suggestion.
- Restricted categories apply. Check What you may not list before sending items in regulated categories.
