Send any item back within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. We don't charge restocking fees and we cover return shipping for defective or wrong-item shipments.
How to return
Phase 1 returns are handled by our support team. Email support@wehoz.comwith your order number and we'll send a prepaid label (or a refund-only option for low-value items).
A customer-facing self-serve returns portal lands in Phase 2.
Refund timing
Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. We'll email you a confirmation when the refund posts.

Opened personal-care items, custom orders, and gift cards.
