The Zwilling Pro 7-Inch Cleaver is a broad, flat bladed knife built for slicing, chopping, and scooping vegetables in one motion. The tall blade also makes it easy to transfer prepped food straight to the pan.
Part of the Zwilling Pro line, it is made in Germany from a single piece of special formula stainless steel and ice-hardened using the FRIODUR process for lasting sharpness and edge retention. The full tang handle is triple riveted for balance and control.
