Description
The Cristel Asparagus Pot with Lid is a tall, narrow cooking pot designed to steam asparagus and other long vegetables upright. The height keeps delicate tips above the water so stalks cook through while the tips stay tender.
Made by French cookware maker Cristel, it includes a fitted lid to trap steam and speed cooking. The upright design also works well for cooking pasta or blanching greens.
