How to return an item
Step-by-step instructions for starting a return, printing a label, and dropping it at the carrier.

Returns are email-driven in Phase 1. A self-serve returns portal lands later this summer; until then, the process below takes about five minutes and we usually approve same day.
Start the return
- Email support@wehoz.com with:
- Your order number (
WHZ-...) - Which item(s) you're returning
- The reason (change of mind, doesn't fit, damaged, defective, wrong item — anything is fine)
- Your order number (
- We reply with a prepaid USPS return label and a return authorization number, usually within one business day.
- Print the label, tape it to your original packaging (or any sturdy box), and drop it at any USPS location.
What about pickup?
USPS will pick up from your address if you schedule it on usps.com/pickup — same as a regular mail pickup, no extra charge.
What to include in the package
Just the items. You don't need to print or include any paperwork — the label barcode tells us which order it belongs to. The original packaging is helpful but not required.
Tracking the return
The return label has its own tracking number — you'll see it on the label itself. Once USPS scans it, we're aware. Refunds initiate when we receive the package at the warehouse.
For damaged or wrong-item returns we cover the shipping in full and won't deduct a label fee. For change-of-mind returns a small fee comes out of the refund — see the return policy for the current rate.
