How to get an email when an out-of-stock item returns — and what "out of stock" actually means at Wehoz.

If something you want is out of stock, we'll tell you the moment it's back.

Sign up for an alert

  1. Go to the product page of the out-of-stock item
  2. Where the Add to cart button usually sits, you'll see Notify me when available
  3. Enter your email and submit

We send one email per restock — never a daily nag.

What "out of stock" means

At Wehoz, a product is marked out of stock when:

  • We've sold the last unit and inventory hits zero in our warehouse
  • The brand has flagged it as discontinued (we mark these "no longer available" rather than "out of stock")
  • We've temporarily pulled it for a quality review

If inventory falls below 5 units we surface a Only X left badge — same price, just a heads-up.

Variants

For products with multiple variants (size, color), each variant has its own stock count. If the size you want is gone but other sizes are available, the product page reflects that — the Notify me alert is per-variant.

What about pre-orders?

Pre-orders ship in Phase 2. For now, an out-of-stock item is exactly that — we can't reserve a unit before it's restocked.

No queue-jumping

Restock alerts go out in the order people signed up. There's no "members go first" — first-asked, first-emailed, and the item itself is open to anyone shopping when the email lands.

Not seeing the alert option on a product? It's either discontinued (no future restock planned) or we're actively shipping more units in. Either way, email us and we'll tell you the status.
