Subscribe & Save is for the things you buy again and again, groceries, pet food, household and health items. You get a discount on every delivery and Wehoz ships it on the schedule you choose. There's no membership and no fee to subscribe, and you can change or cancel any time.

Start a subscription

1. On an eligible product, choose Subscribe & save instead of One-time. Eligible items show the option and the discount (for example, "Subscribe & save 5%") right on the product page.
2. Pick a delivery schedule: every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
3. Continue to checkout. You'll need to be signed in so we can manage the schedule on your account.
4. Your first order ships right away, then repeats on the cadence you chose, at the discounted price each time.

Manage your subscriptions

Everything lives under Account → Subscriptions. Any time, you can:

• Skip the next delivery
• Pause and resume later
• Change the cadence (monthly / every 2 / every 3 months)
• Swap the variant (for example, a different size or flavor)
• Cancel — no fee, no questions

We email you a few days before each delivery so nothing is a surprise, giving you time to skip or make changes.

Billing and price

• The discount applies to every delivery for as long as the subscription is active.
• Each delivery is charged when it ships, using your saved payment method.
• If a product's price changes, your subscription uses the current price (minus your Subscribe & Save discount) at the time each order ships.

Good to know

• No membership and no subscription fee, the discount is the whole point.
• You can run as many subscriptions as you like, each on its own schedule.
• Canceling stops all future deliveries; it doesn't affect an order that has already shipped. To stop one that just placed, see Change or cancel an order.
