We run a small number of straightforward promotions. None of them are tied to a paid membership tier.
How to apply a promo code
- Add items to your cart and go to checkout
- Click Have a promo code? in the order summary
- Enter the code and press Apply
- Your subtotal updates immediately — if the code doesn't apply, you'll see why (expired, minimum not met, category not eligible)
The promo engine ships in Phase 2; until then, codes we publish manually credit your order after checkout. We'll always email confirmation.
Kinds of promos we run
- Free shipping over $X — usually $35 or higher
- % off a category — sitewide or category-level
- $ off over $Y — minimum subtotal discounts
- First-order welcome credit — flat dollar credit for new shoppers, no membership required
We don't run:
- Tier-only promos (no "members get 20% off")
- Mystery coupons that auto-apply only at certain payment methods
- Stacking-bait promos that exclude most items in the cart
Price-match policy
If we drop the price of something you bought in the last 7 days, email us with the order number. We'll credit the difference to the original payment method.
For matching another retailer's price: not at launch. Maybe later. We'd rather price our items competitively in the first place than spend time managing match requests.
Multiple codes
Most promos are one-per-order. The cart will tell you if a code conflicts with one already applied.
