How to track my order

You can track every Wehoz order without signing in. We email a tracking link the moment the carrier scans your package; the same link is reachable any time from the public tracking page.
The fastest path
If you have your order email, open it and tap Track my order. The link goes straight to a status page showing every shipment in your order, with a carrier link for each.
If you don't have the email handy:
- Go to wehoz.com/orders/track.
- Enter your order number — it starts with
WHZ-and is in your confirmation email. - Enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Press Find order.
The status page shows the same information whether you're signed in or not.
What each status means
- Placed — we have your order and your payment is authorized. Most orders move out of this state within a few hours.
- Paid — payment confirmed. We've sent the order to the warehouse to be picked.
- Shipped — the carrier has picked it up. A tracking number is now active.
- Delivered — the carrier's system marks the package as delivered. If you can't find it, see delivery issues.
Orders with multiple shipments
If your order ships from more than one location — common once we open to third-party sellers in Phase 3 — you'll see one card per shipment, each with its own tracking link. We don't charge extra shipping for split parcels.
