A few of the most common sign-in problems and the fix for each.

Magic-link email never arrived

When you enter your email and ask for a sign-in link, we email it within seconds. If you don't see it after a minute or two:

• Check spam. Magic links land there occasionally.
• Check the address. Confirm the address on the request page matches what you signed up with.
• Wait 5 minutes and request again. The previous link expires when we issue a new one.
• Try a different email provider. Corporate spam filters sometimes block transactional mail.

If nothing arrives after several attempts, email us — we can verify the account and resend manually.

"Magic link expired"

Magic links are valid for 15 minutes. If you take longer than that to click, request a fresh one — that's safer than long-lived links.

Google sign-in says "no account found"

This means you tried to sign in with Google for an account that was originally created with a password or magic link. Either:

• Use the original method that created the account, or
• Email us and we'll link your Google identity to the existing account

Wrong password too many times

After several wrong passwords we lock the account for an hour to slow down brute-force attempts. The fastest way back in is the magic-link option — request one from the sign-in page and it'll work immediately even while the password is locked.

You don't actually need an account

Guest checkout is fully supported and uses the same prices as a signed-in shopper. If you're trying to sign in just to buy something, skip it — guest checkout works fine, you'll still get an order confirmation and a tracking link.
