Two ways forward. Pick whichever is faster for you.

Option 1: Reset the password

1. Go to /auth/signin
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email on your account
4. Open the reset email (check spam if you don't see it) and click the link
5. Enter a new password, minimum 12 characters

The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. After that, request a fresh one.

Option 2: Skip the password, use magic link

This is usually the simplest path. On the sign-in page, leave the password field empty and click Send magic link instead. We email a one-tap sign-in link that's good for 15 minutes. You're in without changing any password.

If you sign in this way regularly, you can ignore the password permanently. Magic-link is a fully supported sign-in method, not a fallback.

Both options aren't working

If neither the reset email nor the magic link is arriving:

• Check spam folders and other inboxes. Sometimes the address on the account is one you forgot about.
• Try a different browser to rule out cached state.
• Wait an hour. If the account is locked from too many wrong attempts, the lock clears automatically.

Still stuck? Email support. We can verify identity another way and either reset the account or merge it to a working email.
