Wehoz sends a few different kinds of email. You can unsubscribe from any of them without losing the order-related ones you actually need.
The kinds of email we send
| Type | What it is | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Order confirmation | We received your order and charged your card | No — it's the receipt |
| Shipped notice | Carrier picked up your package + tracking | No — it's a delivery alert |
| Delivered confirmation | Carrier marked your package delivered | Yes (you'll lose the alert) |
| Refund confirmation | A refund was issued on your order | No — it's the credit receipt |
| Wehoz newsletter | Occasional product news, new categories | Yes |
| Back-in-stock alerts | An item you asked about is available again | Per item — see below |
| Cart reminder | Items in your cart you might want to finish | Yes |
How to unsubscribe
The fastest path: any marketing email we send has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off that list.
If you have a Wehoz account, you can also manage all preferences from your account page (Phase 2 — coming with the customer account portal).
Back-in-stock alerts
These are per-product, opt-in only. You only receive one when you specifically ask to be notified about a particular item. You can unsubscribe from a specific item by replying to that alert email.
I'm getting emails for someone else
If our emails are arriving at your address but mention orders you didn't place, the most common cause is a typo — someone entered your email address by accident. Contact us with the email subject line and we'll remove that address from any account it's on.
