You never need an account to shop on Wehoz, but creating one (it's free) makes reordering, tracking, rewards, and returns easier.

Create an account

1. Choose the account icon (top right) and Create an account, or the link on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email. You can set a password, use a magic sign-in link, or continue with Google.
3. If you use email, confirm your address from the message we send so you can sign in.

Edit your profile

Under Account → Profile, update your name and contact details. Change your email or password under Account → Sign-in & security.

Manage saved addresses

Under Account → Addresses you can:

• Add a shipping address
• Edit or delete an address
• Set a default shipping address, which is pre-filled at checkout

Saved addresses only speed up checkout, you can always ship to a different address for any order.

Notifications and email

Control which emails you get under Account → Email preferences, and on-site alerts under Account → Notifications. Order and security messages always send, they're not marketing. To export or delete your data, see Privacy and your data.
