Submit the form at /brands/register and you get an immediate confirmation email with your application ID. From there, a Wehoz reviewer verifies your claim to the brand.
Timeline
Approval typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Applications with a verifiable trademark registration number and certificate move fastest — see what we ask for.
Statuses you may see
Your registrations and their statuses are listed in your brand dashboard.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Application pending / pending | In the queue, not yet picked up |
| Verifying | A reviewer is checking your trademark claim |
| Verified | The claim checked out; final approval pending |
| Approved | Live — reseller controls, MAP floors, and reporting unlock |
| Rejected | Declined, with the reason in the decision email |
| Suspended | The registry was disabled by Wehoz — see below |
When you're approved
The approval email links you to the dashboard, where you can:
- Add or revoke authorized resellers (approved registries only)
- Set MAP floors per product or GTIN
- Report problem listings
One thing worth knowing: publish-time enforcement works by matching your registry to the brand on product listings. If your brand is new to the Wehoz catalog, that link is established as your products enter the catalog — if something looks like it isn't being enforced that should be, contact help@wehoz.com and we'll check the linkage.
Rejection and suspension
Rejections come with the reason. Common ones are unverifiable trademark claims and applicants who can't show authorization to represent the brand. You can reapply after fixing the gap.
Wehoz can suspend an approved registry — for example, when a claim turns out to be false or the channel is abused. There is no formal appeals process for registry decisions today; if you believe a decision is wrong, reply to the decision email or write to help@wehoz.com with your application ID, and a person will review it.
